Athlete Development Program
The Athlete Development Program aims to prepare the athlete to achieve their highest performance on the field. The A.D.P. includes both preparation and maintenance work for the upcoming or current season. All athletes will get access to both in-person workouts and our online tracking and management tools.
Keith Willis, CEO and Founder
Keith Willis is the founder and CEO of Untapped Fitness Online. Personal Training is not only Keith's love, it's his passion. He has a desire to help his clients achieve their goals while improving their health and quality of life. Fitness and athletics have always been a big part of his life. He attended Virginia Tech on a full scholarship to play football and basketball, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise in May of 2003. Additionally, Keith acquired his MS in Health Promotion in May of 2004.
College Recruiting Management
The College Recruiting Management Program is our hands-on, end-to-end approach to working with the athlete and the family to understand and manage the recruiting process. Management of the process includes: targeting the "right" schools, workout preparation, combine or showcase management, highlight video editing and production and communication with the college coaches.
Personal Training
Untapped Fitness still runs, on a limited basis, its In-Person Training program for clients that live within tolerable driving distance from trainers. We have discounted rates for site members. Please review our packages and contact an Untapped Fitness trainer for scheduling and details.
Seminars
We host various seminar events throughout the year where members can come and learn through first-rate lectures and discussions on general fitness and nutrition. Additionally, we offer an online seminar program that engages via two-way video communication and discussions.
Group Consults (Health & Wellness)
One of our team members will come into your business or school to further enhance your physical education or wellness program.
Special Events
Throughout the year, we will be scheduling various events (bootcamps, group workouts, camps).
